We’ve worked for huge companies worldwide to provide the best exhibit solutions possible for every marketing situation. Here are some of the projects we’re most proud of.

Government of Ontario – Ministry of Health and Long Term Care

The Scope: The Ministry was launching its ‘Mumps Catch Up’ vaccination program, a campaign that focused on the young adult market.

The Objective: They wanted to set up a campus tour that would cover over 50 Ontario College and University campuses to raise awareness among students in their target age demographic.

They needed a display that would catch the attention of the youth market on campus, particularly at the college health clinics, as well as highlight the vaccination clinics that they were hosting.

The Solution: We came up with two product solutions that met the Ministry’s needs perfectly.

To handle the portable vaccination clinics, we supplied 4 booths with easy display walls. This gave the Ministry the portability and easy set-up they needed to get the displays up and running quickly, as well as the attractive design and visibility they needed to catch the students’ attention.

We also provided 40 banners to draw students in with bold graphics and text. Our proposed best option was the Sprint Banner Stand, which is tall enough to attract attention even across the biggest campus quad.

Benjamin Moore

The Scope: Benjamin Moore hosted a home painting contest to promote their products throughout Canada. They intended to tour across shopping malls throughout Canada, with a one-week stay at each location.

The Objective: Benjamin Moore needed a booth structure that complied with various company and site requirements and restrictions for each location, a display capability to showcase their contestants’ before and after pictures, a voting station so their viewers could cast their ballot for each contestant, and an LG display area to showcase their new washer/dryer. Benjamin Moore also asked us to manage this extremely complicated tour and orchestrate complete logistics and labour for each event.

The Solution: We designed and created a multi-purpose interactive display that was structurally sound and modular – capable of many different configurations. We also maximized the amount of print area providing a large media space for custom print marketing and branding images. Our printed graphics are eco-friendly which give them the capability to be reused or recycled.

We incorporated a custom built counter with stools providing usable space for the interactive portion of the promotion as well as secure storage beneath. We kept a dedicated area of the booth for the LG marketing and washer/dryer display and incorporated 3 plasma screens to show scrolling images of each contestants’ before and after snapshots. The screens allowed these images to be updated in each city showing local contestant entries.

Our custom built crates ensured the design made it from one side of Canada to the other without any damage, and our simple design made for completely tool-less installation at each site. The overall display was light weight and compact thereby minimizing freight costs and reducing overall carbon footprint.

We coordinated, managed and set up each event and executed them flawlessly. We also provided a dedicated technician that travelled with the display and managed all onsite activities throughout the set up/dismantle at each site ensuring overall project success.

BMO/CIBC/Scotia Bank

The Scope: The banking company needed a series of kiosk-style booths for various mall locations to provide their sales representatives with an eye-catching and functional display.

The kiosks were only on-site for a short period of time, anywhere from one week to one month, which meant they needed constant supervision and logistics management to ensure every booth was set up and dismantled in the right location and at the right time.

The Objective: The company needed an exhibit services provider who could stay on top of the scheduling, provide the right booth solution, and take care of all of the logistics of moving the kiosks from place to place without letting anything fall through the cracks.

The Solution: We successfully tracked and maintained a complicated schedule, coordinating labour, setup, dismantling, and transport for every kiosk. We also documented and completed all necessary repairs as the kiosks sustained normal wear and tear throughout the process.

We verified the schedule and coordinated the labour for every installation and dismantling, ensuring confirmation before each delivery to make sure each kiosk went to the right place at the right time.

Our coordination services kept the banking company completely on top of a complicated transport system – which meant their sales representatives were always ready to meet the public when and where they needed to.

CIBC Memory Game Suitcase

The Scope: The banking company was launching a new marketing campaign and was looking for an interactive solution to draw in new clients. The project needed to be executed in the GTA as well as in Western Canada.

The displays needed to incorporate interaction with the customer in an innovative fun manner. Each display would be in a location in a mall for 1-2 weeks and then be moved to a new location each time. Malls have tight restrictions on what they allow into their facilities which also incorporate dimensional restrictions as well as logistical abnormalities.

The Objective: The company needed an exhibit services provider who could not only design and create an original custom built display but who could also stay on top of the scheduling and take care of all of the logistics of moving the kiosks from place to place without letting anything fall through the cracks.

The Solution: We proposed a design that rejuvenated a childhood favourite – the memory card game. This large sized memory game was housed in a vintage suitcase with a mini suitcase to be used as the counters. This unique, creative, interactive display allowed customers to rotate the cards to reveal a logo on the back. If you chose 2 that matched, you won a prize.

We successfully tracked and maintained a complicated schedule, coordinating labour, confirming each appointment for setup and dismantle, and transport for each kiosk to make sure everything worked out flawlessly. We also documented and completed all necessary repairs as the kiosks sustained normal wear and tear throughout the process.

Our complete turnkey services and dedication to the overall project success meant their sales representatives were always ready to meet the public when and where they needed to.
